If you have thoroughly tried our program and liked our lessons and features, such as chess and puzzle solving, you can purchase full courses. If, for some reason, you change your mind, you can request a refund within 48 hours after the purchase.
You can claim the money-back guarantee by contacting us. In this case, we will refund the full amount paid to you without any questions.
However, we recommend contacting us before requesting a refund. In most cases, refunds are not due to our fault, and users often choose to continue learning after understanding this.
After 48 hours, the guarantee expires. We keep this time limit because of past misuse.
PayPal’s buyer protection may cover buyers for a longer period, but in these cases, buyers need to meet and prove other specific conditions.
